Désirée Ochoa, an associate with Duffee + Eitzen, L.L.P., has been practicing law in the Dallas/Fort Worth area since graduating from Southern Methodist University Dedman School of Law in 2011. Désirée received her undergraduate degrees in International Business and Spanish, with the highest honors, from the University of Nebraska – Lincoln in 2008.

Earlier in her career, Désirée represented clients in a variety of litigation matters with an fidelity and surety claims, construction, insurance coverage, transportation, professional liability and general commercial matters. While Désirée’s practice today is devoted exclusively to all areas of family law, she utilizes the knowledge acquired through her previous legal experience to bring a unique and fresh perspective to complex and highly contested family law litigation.

Désirée chose to practice family law because she has a true desire to advocate for people who are going through tough times in their lives. Whether in the conference room or the courtroom, she is able to skillfully navigate with her clients through all of the challenges that present themselves during the process.
